The Platform Auschwitz. In front of your eyes introduces for the first time in the history of the Auschwitz Memorial remote guided tours, which are carried out live by authorized guides directly from the grounds of the former concentration and extermination camp Auschwitz. In a tour designed to last for 2 hours, the guides take global audiences through Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau, where they demonstrate the authentic site, survivor testimonies, original sound and video, and use historical photography and documents to explain the functioning of the camp, the reality of every-day life of prisoners, their tragic suffering and choices. The experience is interactive, visitors are encouraged to reflect, ask questions, and exchange opinions with their guide.
